Age: 21

Where were you born?
Preston, Lancashire

Where do you live now?
Ashton-On-Ribble, Preston

How long have you been riding trials?
5 Years

How did you get into trials?
I've always been into my bikes from a young age and used to watch videos (the old VCR tapes!!) of downhill and street/urban riding. On one video I watched were a few clips of trials riding. I thought it looked great fun and impressive, so from there I started to try and imitate what I saw, but to a much lower level, riding up small walls and dropping off as high as we dared!

My earliest memory of seeing trials being performed in person was by a rider called Stan Shaw. I was amazed at what he could do and I was greatly influenced to progress at the sport.

What is your best achievement to date?
Probably 54” sidehop, and 55” tap on a vertical wall, and also making some good videos available to watch in the videos section of the website.

What are your goals in 2008?
To film and edit another video during the summer, and include bigger and better moves.

Who are your most influential riders?
Damon Watson - for making inspiring videos and doing the biggest lines I've seen.

The people I ride with influence me a great deal:

- Andrew Willan for being a nutter who will push himself hard and try anything! Which gives me motivation to try harder moves.
- Ben Slinger and Danny Butler for having great balance, control and do the hardest of lines on natural (rocks).

Where is your favourite place to ride?
In Bristol during the summer when there's lots of riders out.

Who are your sponsors?
